assignment 2, steve setera

The first hand experience that Prof Epstein has and shares in being one of the Master's first disciples and traveling to the Master's homesite, mother's grave site and the monastery helps tremendously in filling in the voids. The class discussions and inputs are very helpful as we seek to learn more of the Master's life and all of what he accomplished as he had little education and no 'training' to achieve the massive goals that were set out before him. He did not shirk from any challenge which is evidenced by his bullying those who were bigger than him and never running from a fight. This may sound odd for such a spiritual leader, but this was his training ground to be able to handle adverse situations and conditions that were ahead of him.
